In the studio this month

 The Light in Salcombe during October is so inspiring.The sun is lower in the sky for long giving the landscape sparkle and contrast. Ive been working in a warm palette to capture the light. I use Van Dyke Brown and Titanium White over a ground of Yellow ochre. The results are a warm light filled atmosphere of the sun reflecting off the estuary.
